Meet Dr. Chambers

Dr. Kelsey Chambers (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, and writer, with over 12 years of clinical experience. She is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
Dr. Chambers earned her doctor of psychology degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at William James College in Boston, MA. Her doctoral dissertation examined the relationship between anxiety, FOMO, and social media engagement among college students. She completed an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship in health service psychology at the University of Delaware’s Center for Counseling and Student Development, where she specialized in outreach programming and consultation.
Dr. Chambers also has a background in accessibility services, and is passionate about delivering mental health services to underserved and marginalized communities. A self-identified "recovering perfectionist," she is both personally and professionally dedicated to the practice of mindful self-compassion.
